Coaching/mentoring
I offer supportive coaching and mentoring designed to help you find your path toward the goals that truly matter to you. I believe most people already know, deep down, what they would like and where they would like to be. Sometimes, they may just need a bit of guidance and encouragement to get there.
Massage Therapy
I started my massage career in California, and after some time travelling, moving to Australia, and exploring different directions in life, I found my way back to massage therapy to help people relax and feel better. Each session begins with a glass of water and a few minutes of quiet to help you settle in before your massage starts. My massages are offered for women only, unless you are the partner of an existing client.
Fitness Coaching
My fitness classes are designed for women who want to improve their fitness but aren’t sure where to start or don’t feel that the gym is the right place for them. Section can be one-on-one or in small groups, with a focus on building strength, confidence, and lasting fitness for a better quality of life. Most sessions take place outdoors, making the experience relaxed, enjoyable and connected to nature.
Time for Yourself
I have always found it challenging to make time just for myself. No matter how often I tell myself, “When I get home, I’ll have at least 30 minutes to relax,” it never seems to happen. There are always distractions such as the kids, the partner, the house that needs cleaning, the garden that needs attention, getting ready for the next day, and before I know it, it’s bedtime. When I used to work in the countryside, I’d often stop the car on the way home just to read a book before walking through the door. I understand this is not available to everyone, which is why I love to offer Time for Yourself. After (or before) your session, you’re welcome to stay for extra time, usually 30 minutes, to sit in quietness, read, enjoy a cup of tea, and simply have a moment that’s truly yours before returning to your life.
