I offer supportive coaching and mentoring designed to help you find your path toward the goals that truly matter to you. I believe most people already know, deep down, what they would like and where they would like to be. Sometimes we just need a little guidance, a safe space to think out loud, and someone in our corner encouraging us to keep going.

Fitness Coaching

My fitness sessions are made for women who want to feel fitter and healthier but don't quite feel at home in a gym.

We keep it simple, relaxed, and judgement-free. Think gentle walks, outdoor exercises, and movement that actually feels enjoyable. Sessions take place outside in parks, away from crowds and any sense of being watched, making the whole experience relaxed, enjoyable, and connected to nature.

The goal isn't a perfect workout routine. It's about building confidence, enjoying how movement makes you feel, and gradually creating healthy habits that become a natural part of your life — for good.

Wherever you're starting from, you are welcome here. No pressure, no judgement, just you moving forward at your own pace.

Time for Yourself

I know how hard it is to truly switch off. No matter how many times I told myself "I'll relax when I get home," it never quite happened — the kids, the partner, the house, the endless mental list all had other ideas. When I worked in the countryside I used to stop the car on the way home just to sit quietly and read for a few minutes before walking through the door. Just that small moment made all the difference.

Not everyone has that option — which is why Time for Yourself is part of what I offer here. After your session you're warmly welcome to stay for around 30 minutes, sit in quietness, enjoy a cup of tea, read, or simply do nothing at all. No guilt, no rush. Just a moment that is truly yours before you head back to real life.
